This policy applies to information we collect (1) on our Website or (2) in email or other electronic messages between you and our Website. It does not apply to information collected by any third party, including any other third party website that our Website may link to. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party websites.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information (as defined below) directly from those aged under 18 ( “Children” or “Child”). If we learn that we have collected or received Personal Information from a Child without verification of parental or guardian consent, we will delete that information.

  1. Information We Collect & How We Use It

Our Website is free to use and you can generally enjoy the services we provide (such as our podcasts) on our Website without the need to register for an account with or otherwise provide any information that personally identifies you or your household (“Personal Information”) to us, except:

  • When you wish to contact us through our Website, you must fill in your contact information on the contact form on our Website, including your name, email and phone number. Such information is collected so that we can reach you and return your message. We may also keep a record of the correspondence (including your contact information) between you and us.

  • When a Child wishes to participate in one of our art competitions, information is collected as follows:

  • Competition entries must be submitted by a parent or guardian using the online form on our website, which requires the Child’s first name, age and country of residence. The form also provides the parent or guardian the option to fill in the Child’s last name. No further information is requested about the Child. In addition, the online form requests the full name and email address of the parent or guardian, which we will use to communicate with the parent or guardian regarding their Child’s entry and provide information relevant to the competition. Should you wish to unsubscribe from these emails, please respond directly to the email and indicate your desire to unsubscribe. All correspondence are between us and the parent or guardian.

  • The online form requests the parent’s or guardian’s approval to:
publish the Child’s art along with his/her name, age, and country of residence on our Website or social media accounts operated by us; and
announce the Child’s name, age and country of residence on our podcast if the Child becomes a finalist and/or winner in the competition.
With respect to the Child’s name, the parent or guardian may choose whether to let us publish or announce the Child’s full name or only the first name.

  • [Once a Child’s entry is selected as a winner in the competition, we may contact the parent or guardian to request them to provide an address to which we can send the Child’s prize.]

[We do not use “cookies” or any tracking mechanisms that collect personally identifying information, nor do we use any other analytical technology to collect anonymous aggregate data. We also do not allow third parties to track user data on our Website.
