This policy applies to information we collect (1) on our Website or (2) in email or other electronic messages between you and our Website. It does not apply to information collected by any third party, including any other third party website that our Website may link to. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party websites.
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information (as defined below) directly from those aged under 18 ( “Children” or “Child”). If we learn that we have collected or received Personal Information from a Child without verification of parental or guardian consent, we will delete that information.
Information We Collect & How We Use It
Our Website is free to use and you can generally enjoy the services we provide (such as our podcasts) on our Website without the need to register for an account with or otherwise provide any information that personally identifies you or your household (“Personal Information”) to us, except:
When you wish to contact us through our Website, you must fill in your contact information on the contact form on our Website, including your name, email and phone number. Such information is collected so that we can reach you and return your message. We may also keep a record of the correspondence (including your contact information) between you and us.
When a Child wishes to participate in one of our art competitions, information is collected as follows:
Competition entries must be submitted by a parent or guardian using the online form on our website, which requires the Child’s first name, age and country of residence. The form also provides the parent or guardian the option to fill in the Child’s last name. No further information is requested about the Child. In addition, the online form requests the full name and email address of the parent or guardian, which we will use to communicate with the parent or guardian regarding their Child’s entry and provide information relevant to the competition. Should you wish to unsubscribe from these emails, please respond directly to the email and indicate your desire to unsubscribe. All correspondence are between us and the parent or guardian.
The online form requests the parent’s or guardian’s approval to:
publish the Child’s art along with his/her name, age, and country of residence on our Website or social media accounts operated by us; and
announce the Child’s name, age and country of residence on our podcast if the Child becomes a finalist and/or winner in the competition.
With respect to the Child’s name, the parent or guardian may choose whether to let us publish or announce the Child’s full name or only the first name.
[Once a Child’s entry is selected as a winner in the competition, we may contact the parent or guardian to request them to provide an address to which we can send the Child’s prize.]
[We do not use “cookies” or any tracking mechanisms that collect personally identifying information, nor do we use any other analytical technology to collect anonymous aggregate data. We also do not allow third parties to track user data on our Website. Since we do not apply any tracking technology, our Website does not respond to web browser signals and other mechanisms that enable consumers to exercise choice about behavioral tracking.]
2. Retention of Information
We will retain Personal Information collected by us or provided by you only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy and to comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes. For example, Personal Information collected during the course of a competition are generally deleted at the end of that competition. However, to ensure that we have the records needed to demonstrate parental consent for the contents of our Website and podcast, we may retain for a longer period of time the Personal Information of those participants whose art, name and country of residence are published on our Website or whom we announce as finalists and/or winners on our podcasts.
3. Disclosure of Information
As provided in the preceding sections, subject to the parent’s or guardian’s approval, we may publish/announce a Child’s art, name, age and country of residence on our Website, social media accounts or podcasts. Other than the foregoing, we do not share information that we collect or you provide as described in this policy to any third party, unless it is to
comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request;
protect and defend our rights or against legal liability;
protect the personal safety of users or the public; and
prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with any service we provide.
4. Choices and Access to Information

The parent or guardian may request at any time that any or all Personal Information of their Child be deleted from our records and any material from their Child be removed from our Website, social media or podcast. To protect your Child’s safety, we may ask for proof of your identification (for verification purposes only). We may deny access if we believe there is a question about your identity.
All requests for materials/information to be deleted or corrected will be processed in full within [seven (7) business days] of the request being received and proof of identification verified (if applicable).
